Meet Cindy

Real talk.
Real tools.
Real change.

I help insightful women understand what's keeping them stuck—so they finally begin changing the patterns they've worked so hard to outgrow.

Whether you're a high-achieving professional who can't seem to quiet her mind, the responsible one everyone relies on, or an insightful woman who understands her patterns but still struggles to change them—you may be wondering why what once worked so well is now costing you so much.

I'm Cindy Lineberger, LCSW, and I specialize in helping women move beyond the patterns that keep them anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves.

This is a place for you.

I'll meet you where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and honest feedback, as we uncover what's keeping you stuck and begin creating meaningful change.

My Approach

MY APPROACH

Empathetic, curious, and willing to challenge.

I'm committed to showing up authentically—with warmth, honesty, humor, and a willingness to have the uncomfortable conversations. I'll validate your experiences and how they've shaped you, while also helping you see what you may not yet recognize.

I believe meaningful therapy begins with clarity, not simply a diagnosis. Because you deserve more than ‘symptom management’. We'll assess what's happening, map the patterns and protective strategies behind it, and create transformational healing at the root.

At the end of the day…

My goal is that you leave our work together fundamentally different — not just coping better, but actually changed at the root of what was keeping you stuck.

Therapy isn't about learning to cope better with a life that feels increasingly unmanageable. It's about getting to the root of what's keeping you stuck and building the clarity, confidence, and capacity to navigate life's challenges differently. Especially in our relationship with ourselves and others.

That's why we look beyond symptoms to understand the whole picture, pinpoint what's actually keeping you stuck, and match the support to what needs healing. Because when we bridge the gap between what you know and what you're able to change, meaningful progress doesn't have to take years.

As you begin to heal from the inside out, other things begin to shift, too.

You no longer feel the same pressure to be everything to everyone. Instead, you gain the freedom to make choices that honor your needs, align with your values, and create a life that feels like your own.

Congruence

You already know something isn’t working. Maybe you’ve known for a while. Congruence work is about closing the gap between who you actually are and how you’ve been showing up — in your relationships, your work, and with yourself. Once you understand what’s been driving the pattern, you can finally stop managing it and heal it.‍ ‍

My Guiding Compass

Connection

Disconnection rarely shows up in just one place. When you are disconnected from yourself, your relationships will reflect that. Connection work begins with mindful presence. Rebuilding the thread between your inner child and wise adult— that connection is the correction between reacting to your life and responding to your inner compass. We heal in relationship.

Curiosity

Most of the damage in relationships happens in the gap between something triggering a part of you and what comes out of your mouth. Curiosity is the skill that widens that gap. Not so you can overthink everything — but so you can stop running on autopilot and actually choose how you respond. To your partner, to your circumstances, to yourself.

Who I work best with

I work best with women who are ready for meaningful change but find themselves stuck despite everything they've already tried.

We're likely a good fit if you're:

  1. Ready to go deeper. You're looking for more than a place to vent or manage symptoms. You want to understand and change what's keeping you stuck.

  2. Open to honest reflection. You're willing to get curious about your own patterns, even when that means exploring uncomfortable truths about yourself and your relationships.

Tired of knowing better but struggling to do differently. You may already know the communication tools and boundary scripts. You want to understand why they're so difficult to use when it matters most.

  1. Willing to look beneath the surface. You're open to exploring how earlier experiences, protective patterns, and relational wounds continue to shape your choices today.

  2. Ready to actively participate in change. You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need a willingness to show up, get curious, and engage in the work.

You don't have to know how to get unstuck. That's where my expertise comes in.

Together, we'll work toward something deeper than managing symptoms: greater agency, healthier relationships, and the freedom to show up as your authentic self.
