FEES & POLICY

FAQs

What are your fees?

My fees are straightforward and transparent:

  • Initial Intake Evaluation (60–75 minutes): $250

  • Individual Therapy (53–60 minutes): $195

  • Couples Consultation/Bridge Session (60 minutes): $250

Payment collected at time of service via credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card. Learn about sliding scale options here.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. I understand emergencies happen, and my goal is to balance compassion with protecting appointment availability for all clients.

Do you accept insurance?

No. No. Cindy Lineberger, LCSW is a private-pay practice and does not accept or file insurance to ensure your needs dictate treatment, not insurance limitations.

Many PPO plans include out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits. Upon request, I’ll provide a monthly superbill that you can submit yourself, or you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card. I also partner with Thrizer to help you automatically file your claims and maximize your out-of-network reimbursement.
